Terms and Conditions for the Amber Taverns Oasis Drink Competition
1. Competition Overview
The Amber Taverns Oasis Drink Competition (the “Competition”) is run by Amber Taverns Ltd. Customers who purchase a can of Oasis drink at participating Amber Taverns pubs will have the opportunity to enter the Competition by scanning a QR code that directs them to a Mailchimp entry form.
2. Eligibility
• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Amber Taverns and their immediate families, or anyone connected to the Competition, are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Process
• To enter the Competition, participants must purchase a can of Oasis drink at a participating Amber Taverns pub and scan the provided QR code.
• Participants must complete the entry form by providing their first name, last name, and email address.
Participants must answer the following two questions:
1. Which pub did you buy Oasis in cans?
2. Where is your dream holiday destination?
4. Entry Period
• The Competition will start on 18/11/2024 and will end on 31/01/2025. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
5. Prize
• The winner of the Competition will receive a holiday package, details of which will be provided upon notification.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Notification
• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within [number of days] days after the Competition ends.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, Amber Taverns reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection
• By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and notifying the winner.
• Participants’ personal information will not be shared with any third parties without their consent, except where required by law.
8. General Conditions
• Amber Taverns reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Amber Taverns reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
• The Competition is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
